Beachy Gown in 'Rainbow Stairs'

Our Beachy Gown, a long length, button up shirt dress in 100% cotton. Now available in our brand new print 'Rainbow Stairs'. This is a variation on our our best selling shape the Beachy Gown with a slightly heavier weight cotton fabric.

This is a great piece for your summer adventures, in a slightly heavier cotton fabric than some of our other Beachy Gowns which means it is a bit more structured. It can be worn simply buttoned down as a dress, or open over trousers and a vest.

With a button front, it has slightly cropped sleeves and a central pleat at the back making it a nice, loose relaxed fit.

About the print... this ' Rainbow Stairs ' print is brand new for 2026 and is really special; this intricate pattern was designed by Alice, whilst on holiday last year. The design has been screen printed by hand in Jaipur. The print is a challenging one with no less than 8 screens!  Find out more about our printers and makers in India here 

Please note - the pattern matching varies between garments. This is down to reducing fabric consumption.

Sizing:

There is a central pleat in the back, so the measurements seem fuller than they are when on the body.

Model Bex is a UK size 10/12 and 5ft 7" (170cm) and Tanya is a UK size 10 and 5ft 7: (170cm) and both are wearing a size S

This dress is a generous fit so we would recommend that you consider sizing down by one size. For example if you are a UK size 14 select a size M. Please look at the measurement table below to help decide the best fit for you.

Care:
