Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping on all UK orders over £150. Find out more about our shipping here

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order and location.

US Tariffs?

From 29 August 2025 a 10% tax will be added to all orders being sent to The United States. We will add this on to your order at check-out so you can see exactly what you're paying and hopefully won't incur any surprise extra tariff costs at the point of delivery.

How long until I receive my order?

UK customer orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We may be able to make changes to an order if you contact us straight away. If you would like to make any changes such as combining orders, adding extra items or changing the shipping method please email us with your order number and we will advise if we can do this.  If you would like to cancel your order do let us know as soon as possible info@humphriesandbegg.co.uk 

Please note we are unable to make any changes or cancel orders that have been despatched.

Do you accept returns?

We hope that you love your H&B order but if it isn't right for you we're happy to refund your item within 28 days of purchase. 

Please note: We can't accept returns on rugs. 

How do I return an item?

How can I exchange an item?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders come wrapped in tissue paper with a hand written card. But please do let us know in the notes box at checkout if your order is a gift and we will ensure the price tags are removed. We can also add a personalised note - please confirm in the notes box what you would like it to say.

Do you offer repairs?

We are happy to repair your Humphries and Begg clothing. We want you to enjoy your H&B pieces for as long as possible and we are happy to arrange any repairs you may need carrying out over the years. We can supply replacement buttons, stitch on loose pockets or look at fixing any holes that may appear in the fabric over time. Please get in touch with us to discuss your individual requirements.

Do you offer alterations?

We can arrange alterations through Alex, our skilled sewist. It’s really important that everyone feels great in H&B clothing so if a few tweaks are needed here and there we can help with this. If alterations are needed because our sizing just isn’t quite right for you or you would like some tweaks made so that your garment can change with your body over time we will happily take care of this for you. Please get in touch to arrange or if you would like any further information on this service.

What size should I wear?

We advise comparing your own body measurements against the size guide on each product page. Most of our sizing is in UK clothing sizes and we'd suggest going for your usual size. It can also be helpful to check reviews from other customers to see what they think. Do you sell gift cards?

We offer gift cards from £15 - £400 that can be spent online and in our Stroud shop. Please visit our Gift Voucher page to order.

There's an issue with my H&B item
