Christmas Shipping Dates
Orders for UK delivery must be placed by Friday 19th December at 12pm
Orders for Click and Collect must be placed by 12pm Wednesday 24th December and will be available to collect from our Stroud shop until 3pm
Orders for international deliveries must be placed by:
USA & Canada Friday 12th December 12pm
Europe Friday 12th December 12pm
Australia & New Zealand Friday 5th December 12pm

UK Shipping
FREE shipping on UK orders over £150
Standard UK shipping for all items is £4.95
Tufted rugs £10-£35 (calculated at checkout - UK only)
We use Royal Mail and delivery usually takes between 3-5 days
International Shipping
Standard international shipping for all items will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the order and your location. We use Royal Mail for our international shipping.
Please be aware you will be responsible for any taxes or duties incurred according to the country you are receiving your order in, this will be collected at the point of delivery. Humphries & Begg is not responsible for any fees charged by customs and we are unable to specify the cost of any taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery.
Please note shipping, tax and duty costs on all orders are non-refundable.
USA Shipping
From 29 August 2025 a 10% tax will be added to all orders being sent to The United States.
We will add this on to your order at check-out so you can see exactly what you're paying and hopefully won't incur any surprise extra tariff costs at the point of delivery.
