We hope that you love your H&B order but if it isn't right for you we're happy to refund your item within 28 days of purchase. 
Please note: We can't accept returns on rugs. 

We cannot cover the return postage costs for UK or international returns.
Please bear this in mind when ordering and  have a good look at the product details and measurements, do feel free to contact our customer service team with any questions you may have. 

Returning your item for a credit note
If you would like to return your item in exchange for store credit please confirm this on your returns form. As a way of saying thanks for your loyalty, we offer an extra 10% store credit if you choose this option instead of a cash refund. You will receive a Gift Card Code for this amount once your return has been processed. 

How to return 
  • Please package your item securely ensuring all labels are still attached
  • Enclose the completed returns form (We would really appreciate it if you could provide a bit of feedback about why you are returning the item)

Alternatively fill out your return details in this Royal Mail Returns online portal (for UK customers only). If using this service please be aware that we will deduct the £4.95 shipping cost from your refund amount.

International Returns:

Please arrange return postage to the address above and mark parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outside of the package and on the commercial invoice.

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receipt of the item. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method and may take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider. 


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your H&B item for a different style or size we will be happy to cover the shipping costs of the replacement item (UK only). You will still need to return the original item to us and cover the costs of this as detailed in the return section above. This does not apply to International orders, you would need to cover the shipping cost of the return and having the replacement item sent to you.

How to Exchange

  • Please package your item securely ensuring all labels are still attached
  •  Enclose the completed returns form specifying which size/style you would like in exchange
  • Post back to:
