Our best selling cotton Ammie Dress in our lovely new 'Peachy Beak' print.

This dress has slightly puff elbow length sleeves and buttons half way down the front, the empire line gives it a flowing loose skirt meaning it's super comfortable and easy to wear, but also smart enough for a crisp summer look. Plus it has the holy grail - pockets! The fabric is a beautiful weight and a perfect organic cotton.

Great for beach days, work days, shopping days, weddings, breast feeding, pregnancy, evening and day wear. The Ammie Dress feels and looks smart, while being easy and comfortable to wear.

About the print...  The 'Peachy Beak' print is brand new for 2026 and is really special; designed by Alice, using watercolours whilst on holiday in Greece. 

The print has been hand block printed using wood blocks. This is an ancient method of printing. Each colour in the design is carved by hand into wood. Then each colour is printed one by one onto the fabric. We love this method of printing because it has such an organic feel and you can see the process on the fabric with slight over laying of colour and minor imperfections that we feel make it perfect. "I wanted to design a really easy, throw-on summer dress that didn’t have a waist tie or waist band, so you could enjoy food and drinks as much as you wanted and still look, and feel, the same! A great all day dress. It’s lovely quality making it smart enough for a wedding as well as for a normal summer's day, and has good big pockets which can fit a set of keys, a phone or wallet in."

When you first receive it will feel crisp, but with wearing and a wash it will get softer and softer and feel great.
