H&B pre-loved is an exciting new sustainability project which will be launching during sustainable fashion week (16-25 September 22) to encourage the life cycle of your wardrobe.
We are offering you the opportunity to gain H&B points by sending back your old H&B items into the store for us to reuse for future accessories and garments (eye masks, headbands, dungarees etc).
How to Swap your garment for H&B points:
1.Complete and submit the form here to take the first step towards turning your old H&B clothes into loyalty points. We require 3-5 working days to review your submission.
2. Upon confirmation from Oli or Alice, send us back your Pre-loved H&B items in the post to our store in Stroud.
Breakdown of point system:
Adult Garments:
Good condition garment: 2500 points/ £25.00 credit
Medium condition garment:1500 points / £15.00 credit
Low condition garment: 1000 points / £10.00 credit
Children’s Garments:
Good condition garment : 1300 points/ £13.00 credit
Medium condition garment: 750 points / £7.50 credit
Low condition garment : 500 points / £5.00 credit
