Returns and exchanges
Please bear in mind that all of our products are individually made so there will be variations and across our collection as many of our clothing is individually block printed. We're happy to exchange or refund your purchase if it isn't right for you. Please package it and return it in the original condition with all tags attached within 28 days of purchase. We can't accept returns on rugs so please get in touch and we'd be happy to help with deciding which is right for your space. info@humphriesandbegg.co.uk
Please fill out the returns form in the package to return or exchange your order. We offer one free exchange so please indicate what you would like to swap your item for on the sheet.
We cannot cover the return postage costs to us so please keep proof of postage as we can't be responsible for lost items.
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receipt of the item. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method and may take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.
We ask that you take a credit note or exchange on sale / sample items but if you request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order we will process it for you.
PRE-ORDER:
Sometimes we put our items as pre-order if we are short of stock and are expecting more in soon. This means you'll pay up front for your order then it'll be shipped to you as soon as it arrives with us. Hopefully within 2 weeks.
If you buy an item which we do have in stock and a pre-order item, we will send them together once the pre-ordered item has arrived. If you want your in-stock item sooner, please place two separate orders.
